1. What is included in the Company Package?
   The Company Package includes:
   Government Filing Fees, Company Seal and Book, Memorandum and Articles of Association plus a Certificate of Incorporation, Company Registers, Share Certificates, Preliminary Name Search, Legal Fees (No Hidden Solicitor Fees).

2. What information do I need?
   A new company must give details of its constitution in the form of a Memorandum and Articles of Association, give details of its directors, company secretary and members and have a registered office.

3. How many people do I need?
   The Companies Act generally allows one or more persons to form a company for any lawful purpose by subscribing to its memorandum of association.

4. How do I place an order?
   You may order online   with a credit card and someone from our staff will call you to verify the information you submit and answer any questions you may have, or you may call our office directly and order over the phone with a credit card. You may also make an appointment to come to one of our offices if you prefer.

5. Can I mail in a check?
   Spiegel & Utrera accepts cash, all major credit cards, cashier’s checks and money orders. However, we do not accept personal or business checks. We hope this policy does not inconvenience you.

6. How long does the process take?
   The regular processing time for a Company is approximately two weeks. The Company Package includes all the documents and the Company Seal. Company Packages, generally weigh approximately 4 pounds and are available for Pick up at our office or may be shipped to you via Regular or Overnight Delivery. We have  Ready Made Companies called Reddi Corps available for immediate delivery which can be shipped today.

7. What is VAT?
   VAT is a tax on consumer expenditure collected on business transactions, imports and acquisitions.  It applies to selling new and used goods including hire purchases, providing services such as hairdressing and decorating, charging admission prices to go into buildings and self-employed people providing supplies.

8. What is a General Counsel? How do I get one?

9. Can my mailing address be a P.O. Box?
   Yes, but we will also require a physical address for the Corporation. The physical address may be a home or office. For a nominal fee, we can also provide our Company Address for the purpose of filing the Company Records.

10. How do I find out if my name is taken?
    We will do a Preliminary Name Search as soon as you place your order and let you know if there is any conflict with the name on a preliminary basis. However, the name is not guaranteed until the Company is filed. If you need to open a bank account or have business cards or letterhead printed immediately, we strongly recommend having the Company expedited to secure your company name.

11. How can I protect my Company name?
    Once a company name is registered, no other Company can be filed with the exact same name. You may protect the Company name or the brand name of any service or product by registering a trademark.
