Born in 1946 in Toronto, Canada and attended high school in Ottawa, Canada. He moved to the UK with his family in 1974.

Training
Following his undergraduate degree in French studies, Paul completed his law degree at Birbeck College, University of London in 2000 and his Masters degree in law 2004. He has also completed his postgraduate Legal Practice Course allowing him to train as a Solicitor in the UK.

Experience
Paul came to the legal profession after working for many years in the UK and in France in the catering industry. Paul has experience of working in and managing small businesses.
