In the Fall of 2004 Russell qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.  Currently supervising the Spiegel & Utrera, Ltd., office in London; handling company law and business related matters.

Background
Born July 13, 1962, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Was raised and attended grammar and high school in Nashville, Tennessee. Attended and graduated from Louisiana State University in 1983 with a major in History and a minor in Speech.

Training
Graduated from Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C. with a Juris Doctorate degree in May of 1987. Became a member of the New York Bar in 1988 and a member of the Florida Bar in 1995. A member in good standing of the New York and Florida Bars continuously since that time.

Experience
While a law student in Washington, D.C., employed by the United States Department of Labor, Workers Compensation Division, by the United States Senator Jim Sasser, and completed an internship with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Years 1988 through 1990, employed by Leahey and Johnson, located on Wall Street in New York City, working on civil trial matters, specializing in personal injury.

Years 1991 through 1994, employed by Lester, Schwab, Katz and Dwyer, located on Broadway in New York City, working on civil trial matters, specializing in personal injury.

Employed by Spiegel & Utrera, PA, since August, 1995, handling business law and cases in civil litigation, including corporate, commercial and personal injury actions.

From 1997 to 2004, Russell set up and ran the New York City office of Spiegel & Utrera, handling corporate, business and some litigation matters.
