VAT Registration - £50
VAT is a tax on consumer expenditure. It is collected on business transactions, imports and acquisitions If you are in the business of supplying goods or services, VAT will be payable if the supplies are made in the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man; by a taxable person; in the course of furtherance of business and are not specifically zero rated or exempted.

Pseudo Trader's Unique Reference Number (TURN) Application - £50
Many new companies face a dilemma as they seek to import goods from outside the UK. It takes months to obtain a vat number and they need to clear imported goods through customs. The solution is to apply for a Pseudo Trader’s Unique Reference Number (TURN). If you are importing goods into the UK for commercial purposes from outside the EU you can obtain a Pseudo Trader’s Unique Reference Number (TURN) in order to clear the goods through customs. This number can be used until you have obtained a vat number for your company. Once you have the number, you can also use it for exporting until your company has obtained a VAT number.

Data Protection Notification - £50
The Information Commissioner maintains a public register of data controllers. Almost any type of business which collects personal information from clients is considered a data controller. This allows individuals to consult the register to find out what processing of personal data is being carried out by a particular data processor. Notification is the process by which a data controller’s details are added to the register.
Payee Number - £50
This is the number you must have to set up your accounts properly when dealing with income tax and national insurance contributions for your employees. Even if you are the only employee of the business, the business must have a PAYE reference number to maintain your own personal insurance coverage. For £50.00 (plus VAT), we can register your Company with Inland Revenue and immediately thereafter, Inland Revenue will forward your reference number to you via post along with your Employer Starter Packet for National Insurance Contribution. The Employer Starter Packet contains the Forms and the Guidance you need to deduct the correct amount of income tax and national insurance contributions from your parole. If you allow us to get the number for you, then the request is made promptly at the time of your company formation and you will have then number as soon as possible.

Credit Consumer Application - £75
Is your business connected in any way with transactions that give customers time to pay? For example, hire purchases or leases for more than three months, installment sales, credit cards, debt adjusting/counseling, debt collecting, credit reference agency or calling individuals and trying to persuade them to take credit? Even if you do not charge for these services or are a non-profit type business or if that activity forms a small part of your business, company or license, according to the Consumer Credit Licensing Act 1974, no business, company or individual should engage in the activities set forth above unless they have a Consumer Credit License. It is a criminal offense to engage in such activities before you are licensed. Before you apply for your license, the name of your Company must be available. We can conduct a search to make sure the name you want to use is available for £35.00 (plus VAT). Thereafter, we can prepare the Registration for your company for a fee of £50.00 (plus VAT).

Indemnification - £75
The indemnification agreement is a binding contract between the Company and its Directors and Secretary. What it does is that it requires the company to indemnify and hold harmless the Directors and the Secretary of the Company, so that, if any of the Directors or the Secretary is sued or named in a lawsuit as a result of their work for the Company this agreement would require the Company to be responsible. Money Laundering Registration - £50
If you are going to be providing a money service business (Bureaux De Change, Money Transmitter or Third Party Cheque Cashers) or if dealing in goods and accept cash  in the equivalent of £10,000 or more per any single transaction, you must register your company under the money laundering regime. Money laundering  is exchanging criminally obtained money or assets for "clean" money or other assets with no obvious link to other criminal offense. We can prepare the registration documents for you for £50 (plus VAT). You must pay £60 to HMRC upon registering. Failure to do so can result in fines and/or an offense.

Trademark Registration
Remember your company name, slogan or logo is your property and you should protect it. Filing the name with Companies House is not enough! To prevent others from profiting from your reputation or brand, you should register your name, slogan or brand as a Trademark.
